terms of service
1. I prefer for payment to be received upfront after an approved sketch (only exception is sketches). All payments will be made through VGen or Cash App .
2. Please have a pose reference and character reference ready when you order. I cannot go off of word description alone. (also would be recommended to send a good reference!)
3. Revisions are allowed only the the rough sketch phase. I will send progress drawings in different stages, asking if everything looks good, and after your confirmation I will then ask for payment.
4. If you don't want me to post your commission on any of my social media please let me know beforehand! By default, I will put finished work on my pages.
5. Expect your commission to be done a span from 1-2 days to 2 weeks. I will issue a full refund if, for some reason, I am not able to do your commission either in time or at all. I WILL NOT issue a full refund if I am more than halfway done with your piece and you decide to cancel the order for any reason. If I have another commission in process, I will let you know beforehand and ask you if it is OK to be put on a wait list. (You are allowed to remind me about your commission if I seem to forget about it!!)
6. I have all rights to my work. I DO NOT give you permission to claim my artwork as your own, take off my signature, trace it, use it for commercial use (unless discussed), NFTs, or AI use. Please inform me beforehand and/or credit me if you tend to post it, edit it, or anything else.
7. I have the right to deny your request if it is something I am uncomfortable with or is something I am not capable of drawing.
